Short-Term Rehab

Avenue at North Ridgeville provides in and out-patient rehabilitation care with a separate entrance for out-patient therapy. After an illness, injury or elective surgery; our experiences team of therapists will strive to help you get back to your previous level of functioning.

Our spacious therapy gym offers services such as diathermy and e-stim, has a complete training kitchen, full training bathroom and laundry area to prepare you for all the functions needed to have a successful transition home.

The therapy team extends their services by offering home evaluations prior to discharge to ensure a smooth and safe transition home. They may offer suggestions, modifications or equipment which may be needed to further assist in a successfully managing the discharge home.
