Wecome to the Avenue at North Ridgeville Care and Rehabilitation Center. Founded in 2020, Avenue at North Ridgeville is proud to be part of this community and ready to help care for those needing Skilled Nursing Services. Our campus includes 103 all-private rehab suites with three courtyards, a gazebo bosting beautiful tress and sitting areas. Our Main Street with storefronts opens to all private, hotel-like suites.

The Avenue at North Ridgeville is a facility that provides an excellent level of medical, physical and emotional support. We provide medical care to those in need of post-op and medical services. Our leading-edge therapy services, design, décor and state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, allows us to provide the highest level of therapy with superior outcomes.
